The reliability engineering role provides electrical reliability engineering support to the fixed plant maintenance team. A reliable candidate will provide specialized expertise in areas such as compliance, defect elimination, process control improvements, and condition monitoring.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Development of new and existing maintenance strategies and tactics.
 * Accountability for electrical asset condition monitoring programs.
 * Leading electrical defect elimination investigations and managing assigned electrical failures/defects.
 * Driving plant performance from an electrical aspect by linking with process control engineers, operational technology teams, and electrical projects teams.
 * Providing technical guidance within the fixed plant maintenance support team.
About the Role:
 * A collaborative team player supporting group reliability initiatives and systems of work.
 * Experience with Citect/SCADA systems.
 * Previous experience in applying reliability methods and techniques gained in relevant industry sectors.
 * Knowledge and understanding of Australian Electrical & Instrumentation installation Standards, industrial safety, engineering standards, and codes.

Requirements
 * 5 years' experience in a similar role.
 * Proficient use of CMMS systems such as SAP or other similar software.
 * Ability to establish strong relationships with the reliability team and across other departments.
