We are seeking an enthusiastic and career focused person to join our expanding boutique style real estate agency in the role of Property Representative within our Property Management team. This is a full time position based in our Launceston office.

We are seeking a person who:
* Possesses excellent phone, computer and time management skills
* Is well presented with excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Is highly efficient, well organised, and able to manage multiple tasks
* Is able to take direction and work cooperatively in a team environment
Essential requirements:
* Current Tasmanian Driver's Licence
* Property Representative Licence (P4) or willingness to undertake the required training to obtain it
The role will involve:
* Property and rental appraisals
* Showing properties to prospective tenants
* Routine inspections and preparing owner reports
* Arranging property maintenance and repairs
* Preparing tenant leases
* Following up rental arrears
* Data entry and follow-up phone calls
* Invoicing and general administration
* Mid-month and end-of-month property management processes
