As a Product Support Analyst, you will contribute to the development of a game-changing product used by millions of customers worldwide.
This role is based in Newcastle, NSW, Australia. You will join a local company with a global presence and a strong focus on career progression.
Key Responsibilities:
* Contribute to the development of a game-changing product.
* Work within a team of engineers to help customers with various complex applications.
* Handle communication with customers via phone, email and Microsoft Teams.
* Tackle complex technical client inquiries and application support issues.
* Ensure accurate and timely triage of tickets in Jira Service Desk and their customer portal.
Requirements
* Recently finished university studies in Information Technology, Computer Science or Software Engineering.
* Based in the Newcastle region or willing to relocate/be commutable to Newcastle.
* Willing to start in an application support role to gain product understanding and transition into software development or implementation consulting.
