Position Overview
Full‐time role offering $69,869 plus super, bonuses, and benefits including Health Insurance. 38 hours per week with rotating Saturdays. Start date: 1 June 2026. Sales experience and a driver's licence are essential; Mandarin and/or Cantonese language skills are an advantage.
Responsibilities
* Provide individual recommendations of the most suitable health and wellbeing products based on customer needs, showcasing value and benefits to facilitate decision‐making.
* Develop business and community‐based relationships that promote the Bupa brand and products, driving acquisition of new members.
* Assist existing Bupa members with day‐to‐day transactions.
* Ensure customers understand the full value of their health insurance product.
* Provide solutions to any identified concerns or needs.
* Educate members on all benefits they can access.
Qualifications
* Sales experience is essential.
* Driver's licence required.
* Mandarin and/or Cantonese language skills considered an advantage.
