As an Investigator in the Safer Communities Unit, you will maintain a positive and safe learning environment through fair, impartial, and timely investigations.
Key responsibilities include assessing formal reports of harmful or concerning behaviour and ensuring consistent, transparent outcomes.
* Conduct complex investigations into high-risk or sensitive behavioural matters.
* Apply knowledge of student conduct management frameworks, particularly relating to behavioural risk, psychological wellbeing and safety.
* Proven experience conducting investigations in an education, legal, mental health, or regulatory setting.
