Schedule:

* Part-time (20 hours per week)
* Monday to Friday, 10 am to 2 pm | Pacific Time (Los Angeles)

A dynamic PR agency serving global brands across multiple industries. They specialize in managing public image and media coverage for internationally recognized companies. The agency operates with a focus on delivering high-quality client reporting and maintaining strong relationships through consistent, professional communication.

Job Overview:
You'll take ownership of the client reporting process for a growing PR agency that works with global brands. This role puts you at the center of client communication, where you'll transform raw PR data into polished, professional reports that showcase campaign impact. You'll work independently while being fully integrated into the team, handling the critical task of keeping clients informed about their media coverage and PR performance. This is an excellent opportunity to gain deep experience in the PR industry while developing your administrative and data presentation skills.

Responsibilities:

* Prepare daily coverage reports showcasing PR campaign results and media mentions
* Create weekly summary reports compiling PR clippings and coverage metrics
* Transform PR clippings and media coverage into professional presentation decks
* Ensure timely delivery of all client reports according to established schedules
* Maintain organized digital records of media coverage and PR materials
* Coordinate report delivery across multiple global brand clients
* Research and create a spreadsheet of PR awards for the agency to consider
* Research and create a spreadsheet of panels PR executes to sit on
* Research and review PR competitors and provide a report
* Support back-office administrative functions as needed

Requirements:

* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in report preparation and data compilation
* Proficiency in creating professional presentations and formatted reports
* Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple client deadlines
* Experience working independently in a remote environment
* Reliable internet connection and professional home office setup
* Bonus if you have a basic understanding of media monitoring or PR industry experience
* It helps if you're comfortable working with global brands across different time zones
