Join AEH Group as our Wholesale Stock Controller, a key role responsible for ensuring inventory is effectively planned, ordered, monitored, and optimised to support sales performance, supplier programs, and overall business profitability.
This is a critical, foundational position within the AEH Group, reporting directly to the COO and working closely with State Sales Managers. Acting as the central point of contact for all inventory-related matters, you'll lead both the physical and digital stock management strategy across the entire network. This role is flexible in location across our branch network.

Key Responsibilities:
* Ownership of ordering and monitoring stock levels across all branches
* Conduct monthly reconciliation of floorplan interest‐bearing units (in collaboration with State Finance Managers)
* Analyse stock and order pipelines against budgets, forecasts, and historical data
* Work with sales teams to ensure clear plans are in place to meet forecasted targets
* Maintain accurate, up‐to‐date reporting on inventory levels across the AEH Group.
* Identify aged inventory and collaborate with Sales Managers to drive retail outcomes, including inter‐branch transfers
* Liaise with manufacturers to source product for retail orders when internal stock is unavailable
* Ensure supplier programs are clearly communicated and understood by sales teams
* Identify opportunities for bulk or strategic purchasing with manufacturers
* Act as the key liaison with suppliers regarding product availability and inventory requirements
About You:
* Strong understanding of inventory management within agricultural equipment or dealership environments
* Proven ability to manage complex reconciliations, including interest‐bearing units and associated costs
* Strong data analysis and forecasting capability
* Experience delivering accurate, high‐level inventory reporting across multiple locations
* Ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams, suppliers, and senior leadership
* Strong communication and problem‐solving skills
