Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding.
* Foster and manage relationships with hiring and line managers.
* Drive proactive recruitment initiatives and talent pipelining strategies.
* Conduct pre-employment checks, including reference checks.
* Project and adhoc work as required.
Skills and Experience
* Experience in high volume blue and white collar recruitment.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
* Strong organisational abilities to effectively manage multiple tasks.
* Proactive attitude and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
