This growing, ASX listed business in the FMCG sector is based in the Southeast suburbs of Melbourne and obtains a number of strong brands in its stable, many of which are a household name. Due to completing some recent acquisitions, the company has been experiencing strong growth over the last 3-5 years. This growth has been attributed to the company's consistent innovation, and investment into expanding their product portfolio and distribution networks with new and existing customers.
**The role**
You will be responsible for assisting the credit team with collections of overdue accounts via outbound collections, creating new accounts, and answering credit queries. You will also be providing outstanding customer service to both large and smaller SME accounts within the building/trade sector. If you are passionate about building key internal/external relationships this is the position for you The role will be comprised of;
**Duties**
- Assisting the team in managing large number of National + small accounts
- Creating new accounts
- Ascertaining credit viability of customers
- Assist with Outbound Collections
- Maintaining your own ledger (approx $5-10m)
- Assisting with Credit queries
- Processing rebates and other credit claims
- Stop supply
- Issuing of account statements
- Raising credit notes/returns
