We are seeking an experienced Community Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our thriving community. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring residents feel supported, safe, and engaged while driving business outcomes.
As a Community Manager, your primary objective will be to create a relaxed, vibrant, and connected lifestyle for our residents. You will oversee the management of our community's facilities, including clean, comfortable spaces and beautiful gardens that residents can enjoy.
Key Responsibilities:
* Elevate the overall quality of life for residents through exceptional service delivery
* Develop and implement strategies to foster strong relationships between residents and their families
* Lead a compassionate team, providing guidance and encouragement to deliver exceptional customer experiences
* Manage operational performance, including budgeting, safety standards, and contractor performance
* Organize meaningful social activities and events to promote connection, joy, and a sense of belonging within the community
Requirements:
* Proven experience in community or property management
* Strong leadership, communication, and time-management skills
* Financial acumen and administrative expertise
* Able to respond calmly and effectively in emergency situations
* Current First Aid Certificate and valid driver's licence
