The Opportunity
ERP Expert is a specialised, independent consultancy that de-risks digital transformation for the mid-market. We are
not
system implementers. We sit on the client's side of the table, guiding C-Suite leaders through objective system selection, risk assessment, and enterprise architecture planning.

We are seeking a
Principal Sales Executive
to lead our new business acquisition. This is a "Hunter" role for a seasoned commercial operator who thrives on high-value, consultative sales cycles.

The Role
You will not be selling software widgets. You will be selling
peace of mind
to CIOs and CFOs. Your mandate is to uncover complex digital transformation initiatives and position ERP Expert as the essential architectural safeguard.

* Hunt & Close:
Drive the full sales lifecycle from identification to contract execution.
* Strategic Advisory:
Articulate the value of
Enterprise Architecture Advisory
,
Procurement Support
, and
Lite-Touch Implementation Oversight
.
* Network Activation:
Leverage your existing network of mid-market/enterprise executives to generate immediate pipeline.

Who You Are

* An Elite Closer:
You have 5-10+ years of success selling professional services, management consulting, or complex IT solutions.
* Credible:
You can hold your own in a boardroom with a CFO or CIO. You understand their language (Risk, CapEx/OpEx, Governance).
* Self-Sufficient:
You don't need a marketing team to fill your calendar. You know how to prospect.

The Commercials
We believe in rewarding performance aggressively.

* Base Salary:
$110,000 – $130,000 AUD (commensurate with experience) + Super.
* Commission:
Flat 10% on Gross Revenue
for all new business closed.
* Example:
Close an average $80k advisory project =
$8,000 commission
.
* Volume:
Target 1 deal per month to double your salary.
* Uncapped Upside:
There is no ceiling on your earnings.
* Residuals:
Additional performance bonuses for account expansion and contract renewals.
