Lutheran Services is seeking a talented Marketing Production Manager to create compelling content, manage end-to-end production, and ensure our full suite of marketing materials embody our brand promise of brighter days.

About the Role
Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you'll collaborate with colleagues across our Support Centre, service managers and sites to deliver high quality marketing materials that help us stand out and be in demand. You will:
* Manage a streamlined marketing production system that strengthens our reputation as a trusted provider and employer
* Research, write and produce content across print, digital and video that authentically reflects our vision, brand promise and Lutheran identity
* Coordinate feedback and approvals across diverse stakeholder groups
* Translate complex aged care and community services information into clear, accessible and engaging content for diverse audiences
* Act as brand custodian across all materials, ensuring consistency and quality
* Oversee end-to-end production, resolving challenges with creativity and efficiency
* Maintain and update the Lutheran Services website
* Manage relationships with key suppliers in design, print, digital and production
About You
You're a creative, organised and solutions-focused marketing professional who loves bringing ideas to life. You balance strategic thinking with hands-on production skills and have a knack for creating content that is engagingly authentic.
You'll bring:
* Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, journalism or a related field
* Strong experience in marketing content creation and production
* Exceptional writing skills across formats and audiences
* Proven ability to manage complex production projects from concept to completion
* Strong understanding of brand management and experience as a brand custodian
* Excellent communication, decision making and stakeholder engagement skills
* Strong project management capability with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines
Experience in human services, aged care or community services is a bonus.
