We are seeking a skilled Scheduling Officer to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for managing care worker schedules to meet client needs.
This role requires exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of our scheduling process to enhance service delivery.
The ideal candidate will have experience in scheduling/rostering within the Age Care industry and proficiency in using Visual Care. Intermediate computer literacy in various software applications is essential.
