Job Title: Guest Room Attendant Specialist
Description:
As a Guest Room Attendant Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of guest rooms and public areas. You will follow a comprehensive cleaning process, adhering to Brand and CDC guidelines, to ensure a high level of satisfaction among guests.
Key Responsibilities:
• Clean and sanitize guest rooms on a regular schedule, daily.
• Remove all trash and dirty linen from public spaces, hallways, and rooms.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of hallways, public areas, and closets.
• Restock cart with cleaning and sanitization supplies.
• Replenish chemical bottles as needed.
• Ensure overall cleanliness satisfaction for all rooms, public spaces, and guest touch points.
• Report any maintenance repairs immediately to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
• Clean and sanitize according to CDC and brand standards.
Qualifications:
• High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
• Ability to stand during entire shift.
• Effective communication skills both verbally and written, with all levels of employees and guests in an attentive, friendly, courteous, and service-oriented manner.
