THE ROLE
We are seeking both a senior and junior full-time Legal Assistant to join our busy and supportive Estates team. This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with experienced solicitors and partners, gaining valuable exposure to complex and rewarding matters. The position also offers a clear pathway for professional growth, including the opportunity to step into higher-level managerial roles with the Estates team over time.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
To be successful in this role, you will have:

* Strong organisational and time management skills.
Experience within the area of Estate Administration or Estate Planning preferred.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
In this varied and busy role, you will be responsible for (including but not limited to):
* Word processing of letters and legal documents;
* Assisting solicitors and partners in the progression of matters;
* Liaising with clients and stakeholders in a professional manner;
* Supporting the broader Estates team with administrative tasks.

REMUNERATION & CONDITIONS
Remuneration will be based on experience and the Legal Services Award. A probation period will apply.
