An opportunity currently exists for a Media Implementation Assistant to join our Melbourne team in an entry level role to support media trading for some of Australia's most recognised brands.
**So what does a Media Implementation Assistant do?**
As the Media Implementation Assistant, you are responsible for supporting the team with the day-to-day execution of a complex and innovative media campaign. These encompass media channels like Television, Out of Home, Radio, Online Video, Display, Social and Search advertising.
You will be exposed to cutting edge technology that helps deliver digital content to audiences and learn the complex ecosystem of media technology.
Your day to day will consist of supporting your team while developing your own media trading and implementation skills. Specifically, this will include setting up campaigns, collecting & processing data into value adding reports, and making recommendations based on insights. Your deliverables are always of the highest quality and completed in a timely and efficient manner.

We help some of the world's biggest brands get noticed. Our job is to plan, buy, and manage advertising across all types of media from TV, radio, and newspapers to digital platforms, outdoor billboards, and more. We work with amazing creatives and deliver campaigns across the globe. It's fast-paced, dynamic, and yes - pretty cool.
**What You'll Do**
- Support the day-to-day running of media campaigns
- Assist with research, reporting, and campaign analysis
- Learn media planning and trading basics across all media channels
- Help ensure campaigns run on time, on budget, and to plan
- Liaise with media partners and clients as needed
- Handle admin tasks like meeting scheduling, reporting, and invoicing support
- Monitor campaign performance and help resolve any issues
- Suggest process improvements and contribute fresh ideas
**What We're Looking For**
- Recent graduate or final-year student in Advertising, Marketing, Business, Communications or similar
- A keen interest in media and how advertising works
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Great with numbers and attention to detail
- A team player with a can-do attitude
- Organised, proactive, and eager to learn
- Internship or work experience in media/marketing is a plus, but not essential
