Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced leader to oversee daily store operations. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for supervising and guiding your team to ensure outstanding customer service.
You will work closely with Store Managers in leading the team and managing operations to achieve success. You will coach and develop team members, promote genuine service, create memorable moments for customers, and set a positive example at all times.
The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory experience or be ready for that next step. They will demonstrate prior retail or trade experience, including sales, wholesale, and/or workshop operations expertise.
The role requires flexibility, a valid driver's license, and physical capacity to perform duties, including handling products of a heavy nature. Prioritizing safety is essential.
