We are looking for a passionate Assistant Boutique Manager to join our Adelaide team.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Boutique Manager in leading and motivating the team.
* Drive sales performance and achieve revenue targets.
* Oversee daily operations including staff scheduling, reporting, and CRM management.
* Collaborate with marketing and merchandising to optimise sales opportunities.
* Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service.
* Reinforce team training through the Paspaley Path to Purchase.
* Assist with boutique administration, security, and WHS compliance.
* Encourage team engagement and continuous improvement in boutique operations.
About You
Essential
* 3+ years' experience in luxury retail in a management or senior role.
* Proven sales and merchandise management success.
* Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
* Professional presentation and grooming.
* Motivated, proactive, and team-oriented with a customer-first mindset.
Desirable
* Qualifications in retail, marketing, or training & development.
* Experience in visual merchandising or luxury jewellery.
* Multilingual skills and knowledge of pearls.
