EVENT PLANNER
Full Time
Responsibilities
* Coordinate and deliver events, ensuring client requirements and expectations are met
* Conduct informative site inspections and pre-event meetings
* Assist with event administration, including enquiries, quotations, contracting, financial documentation and event delivery
* Coordinate event operations, including public and ticketed events, duty coverage, freight and on-site client inspections
* Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers to maintain effective communication and event delivery
* Provide support to the Event Services Department through incoming call coordination and ad hoc duties
