About the roleAs a Senior Consultant, you will manage a full 360 desk in the Australian Engineering sector. Working collaboratively with an existing team, you will have full ownership over a national market segment, selling and delivering permanent recruitment services under various delivery models; contingent recruitment, RPO, retained search and other services we offer our clients.
Skills and Experience
* Successful track record in business development within a 360 recruitment environment
* Proven ability as a consistent biller and high performing consultant
* Strong background in managing the delivery of permanent recruitment services
* Customer centric, long term relationship approach
* Growth / continuous improvement mindset
* Desire to work collaboratively in a team environment
* Industry knowledge in recruiting across Engineering Consultancies desirable but not essential
