The role
The Administration/Weighbridge Officer is a full-time, permanent role providing essential administrative support to site operations including the quarry, concrete plant, and weighbridge. As the first point of contact, the role manages phone and face-to-face enquiries, supports customer service activities, and ensures accurate data entry and record management. Working closely with site leadership, this position supports day-to-day operations in a fast-paced, site-based environment and contributes to a positive, safe, and collaborative team culture.
This role is located in Katherine, Northern Territory.
Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact for employees, contractors, visitors, and external stakeholder
* Manage phone enquiries, data entry, records, and document control
* Maintain accurate records, databases, document control
* Support site operations through purchasing, procurement, customer order processing, and accounts support
What you will need to succeed
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel
* SAP experience desirable (training provided)
* Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach
* Ability to work in a site-based, operational environment with early starts
* A reliable, adaptable, and team-focused approach
