Operations Leadership Position
You will play a key role in ensuring safe, efficient, and customer-focused operations across regional and capital city ports.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversight of airport operations to focus on safety and service excellence.
* Management of supplier relationships and contracts to drive operational performance.
* Contribution to strategic projects, including launching new flight routes and introducing new aircraft types.
You'll coordinate with third-party suppliers, manage critical operational elements, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and implement business improvement initiatives that enhance customer experience and operational performance.
To Be Successful, You'll Have:
* Previous experience in airport operations with a strong understanding of above and below wing processes, including ramp operations, baggage handling, and turnaround coordination.
* Demonstrated ability to manage third-party suppliers, negotiate and maintain contracts, and build strong relationships to influence outcomes and achieve operational excellence.
* Proven leadership capability to inspire and guide teams across multiple locations, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret safety data, monitor On-Time Performance metrics, and implement improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and customer experience.
