About the Role
We have a 12-month fixed-term opportunity for an HR Advisor/Coach to support our DCs in the delivery of our people plan.
As an HR Advisor, you will form part of the broader team and build relationships across the function. You will provide accurate and timely support and advice to line managers across the team member lifecycle, including performance management, learning and development, recognition, and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide coaching and upskilling to front-line leaders to drive high-performance and engagement across their teams.
* Support line managers on the implementation of cyclical activities, including performance initiatives.
* Develop sound career development and growth plans with teams.
* Deliver site-specific and company-wide engagement activities.
* Manage transactional/administrative activities within legislative requirements and policies.
Requirements
* Working knowledge of the Australian human resources framework and best practice.
* Hands-on experience in coaching and advising frontline leaders.
* Strong influencing skills and stakeholder management abilities.
* Strong analytical, judgement, and problem-solving skills to support resolution of HR issues.
* Proven interpersonal and organisational skills, with an ability to get things done effectively and efficiently.
* Ability to multitask and work under pressure to deadlines.
* Experience with complex HR issues.
