This full-time, permanent role with a monthly ADO, offers the opportunity to work across a range of services, including acute care, outpatient services, inpatient rehabilitation, complex care, and community rehabilitation.As part of our Social Work team, you will play a vital role in enhancing the psychological and social well-being of our patients. You will ensure that each patient’s social, emotional, and cultural needs are met, while working to minimize the impact of illness and hospitalization.
