Key Responsibilities:
* Manage all aspects of event planning, from concept development to post-event evaluation
* Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial targets
* Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and exceeding expectations
* Collaborate with our talented culinary team to curate exceptional menus and remarkable dining experiences
* Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends and incorporate innovative ideas into event planning
Requirements:
* Proven experience in event management, preferably within the hospitality or entertainment industries
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
* Proficiency in project management, budgeting, and vendor coordination
* Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain cool under pressure
* A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences
