THE POSITION
Oversee the delivery of food and soft facilities management services across a portfolio of prestigious independent schools and universities.
Lead and develop operational teams to ensure excellence, efficiency and a strong customer focus.
Partner with clients to strengthen relationships and deliver tailored solutions that meet their unique needs.
Drive business performance through strategic planning, financial management and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality and sustainability standards while fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
Leading and driving new site mobilisations.
Fostering a high-performance culture through continuous improvement and innovation with an unwavering commitment to our brand standards and quality focus.
THE PERSON
Strong and effective leadership skills; the ability to support, motivate, effectively manage and communicate with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
Highly developed commercial skills with experience managing complex contracts and/or P&Ls.
Proven leadership experience within food services, hospitality or facilities management at a senior or state level.
Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering on budgets, growth and client outcomes.
Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trust and long-term partnerships.
Strategic thinker who can balance operational detail with big-picture planning.
Inspirational leader who empowers teams, drives performance and fosters a values-led culture.
