WEIGHBRIDGE Operator required for an immediate start.
We are looking for an Administration Officer, to man our Weighbridge office at our Gladstone Site.

You will be required to perform a variety of tasks including:
* First point of contact for all customer queries.
* Manage Weighbridge administration duties.
* Petty cash handling & reconciliations.
* Managing employee timesheet information.
* Processing accounts payable invoices.
* Purchasing supplies and managing purchase orders.
To be successful in this role the following requirements are essential:
* Customer service focused with a friendly & approachable demeanor.
* Weighbridge & logistics experience is an advantage, but not mandatory as training will be given.
* Administrative & organisational skills.
* Money handling skills.
* Great communication skills, including verbal and written.
* Outstanding problem-solving ability.
* Excellent computer literacy and MS Office skills.
* The ability to work autonomously & as part of a team.
* Current valid driver's license.
