About the Role
We're building something different.
This is a grass roots, culture first 1v1 basketball tournament born from street hoops, community energy, and next-generation talent. We're looking for a Sponsorship & Partnerships Manager who understands how brands show up authentically in sport, culture, and elite spaces.
This role is ideal for an agency side sponsorship or brand partnerships guru who already knows how to package ideas, sell experiences, and connect brands with culture, not just logos.
This is a commission based role with uncapped earning potential, designed for someone entrepreneurial, connected, and hungry to build something meaningful from the ground up.
What You'll Be Doing
* Secure brand partnerships and sponsorships aligned with the brand, culture, and tournament format.
* Leverage existing agency, brand, and sponsor relationships to unlock commercial opportunities
* Pitch creative, culture led sponsorship concepts (not just signage)
* Build custom partnership packages across live events, digital, social, and community activations
* Lead negotiations and close sponsorship deals independently
* Collaborate with the team on brand vision, sponsor integration, and long term growth
* Help shape how sponsors show up in a way that feels authentic to the culture
* Lead the execution of Sponsorships & Partnerships across the Tournament weekend in last August / early September 2026, working alongside the team
Who We're Looking For
* Experience in sponsorships, brand partnerships, or commercial strategy, ideally agency side
* Proven ability to sell ideas, experiences, activations, and partnerships (short & long-term), not just inventory.
* Existing relationships with brands in sport, basketball, streetwear, apparel, footwear, food & beverage, lifestyle, media, or elite focused categories
* Strong pitch, presentation, and negotiation skills
* Deep understanding of basketball culture, street sport, or community base events
* Self driven, entrepreneurial mindset with comfort in a commission based structure
* Proven ability to deliver on or ahead of time.
* Someone who's readily available to get the ball rolling.
