**Customer Service Specialist Opportunity**
We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to join our Customer Service team. This is a casual position, day shift 8:00am start, Monday to Friday.
As the first point of contact for all customers, you will play a crucial role in shaping their experience. Your ability to provide first-class service in every interaction will be key to ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining high standards of excellence.
This role requires someone who is passionate about customer service and eager to contribute to a workplace that values teamwork, growth, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensuring the environment is always customer-friendly
* Greeting customers on arrival
* Keeping customers informed about the repair process and anticipated completion dates for their vehicles
* Contacting customers to ensure they are satisfied with the AMA experience
* Telephone and email correspondence
* Supporting management with inventory (parts, paint, consumables etc)
* Liaising with insurance providers regarding claims/repairs
Requirements:
* Proven experience within a Customer Service position
* Highly professional and personable with strong relationship-building skills
* Strong systems experience and competent computer abilities
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to meet strict deadlines
* Able to work effectively and collaboratively with the team
