As a Registered Nurse you will be responsible for providing safe, effective and appropriate patient care in a patient-focused environment.
Ward 5C is an 18–22 bed inpatient unit specializing in the care and treatment of patients with both malignant and non‑malignant haematological conditions. Our team on 5C is well‑established and highly skilled, offering a welcoming, supportive environment. We pride ourselves on delivering complex, compassionate care to a diverse group of patients.

Role details
- Permanent Full-Time / Part-Time / Casual roles available
- Salary Classification: Registered Nurse, Year 1-8.
- Remuneration: $36.38 - $51.08 per hour + superannuation + annual leave loading + salary packaging options + RDO's
INCENTIVE: UP TO $2,000 RELOCATION INCENTIVE BY NEGOTIATION
Selection criteria (Essential)
- Registered Nurse authorised to practise by the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Demonstrated recent clinical experience in an acute care and/or hospital setting and a genuine interest in haematology nursing.
- Ability to work unsupervised, proficiently and in an organised manner during periods of high demand and activity
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a member of a multidisciplinary team
- Demonstrated excellent communication, interpersonal skills and customer service skills
Pre‑employment conditions:
- Be an Australian citizen, permanent resident or hold a visa with unlimited rights to work in Australia.
- Successfully complete pre‑employment checks. Checks include: reference checks, work rights, criminal history check and WWCC.
- Provide evidence of immunisation as required for the role.
