**Job Description:**
As a Collectibles & Continuity Manager, you will be responsible for planning and executing collectible programs that drive incremental sales and brand benefits. This role requires collaboration with various business areas to ensure customer-centric programs are delivered.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Support the Senior Manager of Collectibles & Continuity to execute collectible programs
* Collaborate with business areas such as Everyday Rewards, WooliesX, Commercial, Operations, Legal, QA, Procurement, Sustainability, Ecom, Countdown, Big W and the broader Brand and Reputation team
* Ensure all programs are created and executed in a customer-centric way and deliver to expected outcomes
**Required Skills & Qualifications:**
* Experience working within or alongside a brand marketing team
* Retail, supermarket or FMCG industry experience
* A strong background in brand and marketing communications or strategy
* Project management experience
* An excellent collaborator & influencer as this role requires a high degree of partnership
