Salary package: $87,570.00-$95,530.00 per annum plus 17% superannuation

Position overview
Information Technology Services (ITS) provides corporate IT services to ANU staff, students and visitors in support if achieving excellence in research, teaching and public policy. These services include network, communications, computing platforms, data storage, desktop and mobile access, enterprise systems, student learning environments and IT security. The work of ITS is coordinated with services provided within and by University colleges and other service Divisions to form cohesive, University-wide services infrastructure.
The Purchasing Officer plays a key role within our Purchasing Team, overseeing the coordination of software and hardware asset procurement. We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic team player who can quickly adapt, take initiative, and thrives on delivering quality work. A strong sense of job satisfaction, a positive attitude, and a passion for client interaction are essential for success in this role. Procurement Knowledge - Understanding of purchasing processes for IT hardware and software.
