What You'll Do
As a Process Operator Trainee, you'll receive training and mentoring from industry professionals while learning to:
* Operate and control plant equipment safely.
* Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment isolations.
* Use basic hand tools for essential tasks.
* Perform daily Housekeeping & Tasks.
* Assist with emergency breakdowns and process improvements.
* Develop computer skills for operational tracking.
* Maintain high safety, environmental, and workplace standards.
