We are seeking level 1/2 IT Support professionals proficient with IT hardware and software support to assist with ad-hoc tasks in and around the Gosford area.
Skills & Experience
Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues
Ability to diagnose and resolve basic Networking issues
Excellent troubleshooting skills with proven capability
Knowledge of MS Windows OS & MS Office Suite
Experience in MS Active Directory & IP telephony is an advantage
Ability to work independently and communicate directly with onsite clients
Excellent presentation and communication skills
IT Degree, training, or relevant experience
Strong time management and prioritisation skills
Responsibilities
Provide IT support for PCs, mobiles, printers, AV devices, and basic networks
Investigate, diagnose, and resolve hardware and software issues related to end-user devices
Install and image PC devices in a Windows environment
Provide 1st and 2nd level deskside support
Provide hardware support in a data centre environment
Liaise with remote support to resolve issues
We are looking for highly motivated, committed, and reliable individuals with strong communication skills.
