Job Role
We are looking for a sales professional to lead our residential development branch.
The ideal candidate will have experience in residential property sales, an understanding of subdivision lot sales, and relevant industry qualifications. They should be confident communicators with strong phone and follow-up skills, proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite, and possess a friendly, team-oriented personality.
Main responsibilities include managing and growing the residential sales portfolio, working alongside the Director and head of commercial development sales, selling residential subdivision lots, preparing sales advice and documentation, handling inquiries and following up leads, building relationships with developers, buyers, and stakeholders, maintaining accurate records using CRM software, and collaborating with the team while also working independently.
