Site Manager Role
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the full spectrum of site operations for building projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with program commitments.
* Lead day-to-day site operations, subcontractor coordination, and sequencing of works.
* Implement and enforce health, safety, environmental, and quality standards aligned with our systems.
* Monitor progress against program, identify constraints, and collaborate closely with the Project Manager to maintain schedule.
* Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, inspections, and compliance checks.
* Manage site records, daily diaries, delivery logs, and quality documentation.
* Develop positive relationships with clients, consultants, and delivery partners.
* Support the business in implementing best practices and maintaining a strong site culture.
