The Role
We're seeking a professional, customer-focused Service Receptionist to join our vibrant team at Berwick Volvo. This front-line role suits someone who thrives on delivering outstanding service in a premium environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Welcome and assist customers as the first point of contact for the Service Department
• Manage service bookings and schedules efficiently
• Answer calls and respond to customer enquiries promptly
• Liaise with service advisors, technicians, and other departments
• Maintain a clean and professional reception area
• Costing and quoting of service repair orders
About You
• Experience in customer service or reception (automotive preferred but not essential)
• Exceptional communication and a warm, professional phone manner
• Able to multitask and stay organised in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Passion for providing an outstanding guest experience
