We're looking for a Salesperson and a Phone Repair Technician to join our team. Experience is preferred, and positions are available in East and West Melbourne.

What You'll Do:
* Use your sales skills to help customers and drive revenue through upselling and cross-selling.
* Provide expert advice on phone repairs, sharing product knowledge and guiding customers on tech and products we offer.
* Deliver outstanding customer service, resolving issues with a problem-solving approach.
* Collaborate with technicians to offer the best solutions for our customers.
* Stay updated on phone repair trends and technology, adapting quickly to our fast-paced environment.
What We're Looking For:
* Experience in phone repair (preferred).
* Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting targets.
* Excellent communication skills, able to resolve customer concerns effectively.
* A fast learner who can adapt to new environments and handle diverse customer needs.
* Eagerness to learn about phone repair techniques and tech products.
