Are you an AI-first engineer who loves rethinking how an entire business gets work done when humans and agents work side by side? Join our Enterprise AI Enablement team as a Senior AI Enablement Engineer and help MYOB transform how the whole organisation works with AI. You'll design and build AI‐paired workflows that lift performance, speed, and quality across the business, and become one of the flagship engineers others look to when they want to know how AI should be applied.
The Role
As a senior member of the Enterprise AI Enablement team, you'll grow AI engineering skills, patterns, and capabilities across MYOB. You'll bring a deep curiosity for AI tooling and development and a pragmatic delivery approach. You will make sophisticated AI concepts practical and accessible for any team across the business.
* Partner with teams across MYOB including People Experience, Finance, Technology and Product to deeply understand workflows, challenges and opportunities.
* Redesign and optimise ways of working through AI-first approaches, embedding human and agent collaboration into everyday work.
* Leverage and extend MYOB's AI stack, integrations and tooling to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions.
* Coach and enable teams to confidently, safely and effectively adopt new AI-enabled ways of working.
* Measure and communicate the impact of AI enablement through improvements in speed, quality, throughput and overall team experience.
What You'll Bring
* AI-first engineering approach with a strong history of applying AI, agents, and automation to solve real business problems, not just deliver prototypes.
* Hands‐on experience with LLM agent orchestration and frameworks (e.g. LangChain, AutoGen, BMAD, Spec Kit or equivalent approaches).
* Experience with AI and agentic tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or similar.
* Solid understanding of how work flows across an enterprise and where AI can remove friction, paired with a deep understanding of the SDLC.
* Ability to build and develop automation workflows and integrations across SaaS tools, APIs, and internal platforms, using languages such as Python, TypeScript, or JavaScript.
* High proficiency in prompt engineering, context and memory management, rule configuration, and agent design for reliable, safe outcomes.
* Strong consulting, communication, and facilitation skills. Comfortable working as a forward‐deployed partner with both technical and non-technical collaborators. Builds trust quickly and helps teams adopt new AI‐enabled ways of working with curiosity and pragmatism.
* Senior engineering experience (with at least 2+ years focused on AI/ML or AI engineering), and a track record of leading technical initiatives with cross-team impact.
