We are seeking a skilled and experienced chef to lead our kitchen team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality meals that meet the expectations of our patrons.
Key Responsibilities:
* Inspire and deliver culinary excellence in all dishes prepared.
* Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
* Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of ingredients and materials.
* Prepare and cook a diverse range of dishes, prioritizing quality and presentation.
Requirements
* Proven experience in the hospitality industry, with a strong track record of menu preparation and delivery.
* Knowledge of food hygiene practices and kitchen safety standards.
* Basic computer skills, including proficiency with email and internet browsers.
* Able to obtain a current police certificate.
