We are seeking a diligent Data Archivist to oversee the digital archiving of company records.
The Role
* Scanning and digitising various documents
* Establishing an extensive digital document repository
* Creating/maintaining an efficient document management system
* Proper disposal of some documents once digitally archived
* Collaborating with the Quality department and other heads
* Secure storage and backup, as well as data indexing
Your Profile
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in administration roles
* Precise system usage skills
* Experience in setting up files and managing data
* Able to work independently with minimal supervision
This is a full-time onsite contract, expected to last at least 3 months or longer until all archives are completed.
