**About the Role**
As the Store Manager, you will be the driving force behind your store's results by showing the team how it is done. You will help support, train and develop the team while keeping motivated to achieve great KPIS and sales results individually and collectively.
**Skills and Experience**
- Retail Sales Management
- Experience in speciality retail - Jewellery preferred or luxury preferred
- Motivate a team to achieve individual targets & KPI's
- Upbeat and enthusiastic personality
- Coaching & developing on product knowledge and sales techniques
