Your Responsibilities
As the Business Manager, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
* Provide strategic advice to the Principal and leadership team on all corporate service functions including finance, human resources, facilities, and administration.
* Lead and manage a diverse support staff team, fostering capability, high performance, and alignment to the school's cultural values and expectations.
* Oversee financial management processes, including budget development, monitoring, forecasting and compliance.
* Lead facilities and asset management, including maintenance planning, contractor engagement and project oversight.
* Identify and drive business process improvements to strengthen operational efficiency in a large and complex school environment.
* Build strong relationships with staff, students, families, community groups and departmental stakeholders, modelling the school's behavioural expectations and cultural virtues of determination, unity, courage, confidence and humility.
