The Role
As the Administration and Scheduling assistant for Benetas In Home Nursing Service you will be responsible for day-to-day administrative tasks including answering phones, accepting referrals, data entry, invoicing, rostering client services, liaising with referrers.
Key Tasks/Behaviours
* Coordinate office services, regularly reviewing administrative tasks and prioritising in collaboration with other team members
* Effectively manage administration processes whilst also achieving high standards in quality services, quality care and standards compliance.
* Maintain accurate team and client databases, records and administrative systems
* Roster client services and amend as required, to ensure clients are receiving an accurate, cost effective and timely service
* Communicate effectively with referrers of our services
* Communicate regularly with the Nursing teams to ensure clients are obtaining required services to maximise wellbeing in the home
* Action referrals ensuring that KPI's are met as per service agreements
* Engage in Continuous Improvement activities, review and maintenance, exercising initiative in making improvements to work processes to deliver an accurate, cost effective and timely service
* Ensure compliance against Benetas Policy and procedures and proactively promote Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) with regard to the workplace
About you
To be successful in this role you will need:
* Demonstrated analytical, written & verbal skills (English)
* Demonstrated Initiative & ability to work innovatively & unsupervised, both independently & within a multidisciplinary team
* Ability to liaise across the full spectrum of health and welfare services
* Demonstrated ability to identify, plan and implement new service strategies
* Evidence of flexibility in approach to service delivery
