We are seeking enthusiastic Waitstaff in Meelup Farmhouse, Naturaliste, WA. This position involves providing exceptional customer service and beverage preparation in a friendly, welcoming environment. It requires living and working in the South West region of WA and is not a FIFO role.
What you'll be doing
* Providing a warm, friendly, and attentive welcome to all guests and contributing to an exceptional guest experience.
* Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and requests, always going above and beyond.
* Taking food and beverage orders from customers and delivering them in a timely and courteous manner.
* Maintaining a clean, organised, and well‑stocked front‑of‑house area.
* Contributing to a positive team environment and supporting colleagues as needed.
* Following all health, safety, and hygiene protocols.
* Setting the restaurant operating procedures: opening, closing, and re‑set.
What we're looking for
* Previous experience in a similar hospitality role, such as waiter/waitress.
* Strong customer service skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* Proficiency in operating coffee machines and bar equipment.
* Knowledge of food and beverage preparation, presentation, and service.
* Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
