Key Territory Developer
This is a hands-on role where things move quickly, supporting surgeons in theatre while developing business acumen to grow your territory over time.
Key Responsibilities
1. Support surgeons in theatre during complex procedures
2. Provide strategic guidance to hospital teams
3. Build meaningful relationships with surgeons, nurses and theatre staff
4. Collaborate with peers on business development and account strategy
5. Identify opportunities to expand product offerings across your region
6. Deliver education and training to hospital teams
7. Manage logistics and equipment for surgical procedures
