Reporting to the Group GM People & Culture, you'll take ownership of the seasonal recruitment process for three high-profile local businesses in Mildura. This is a hands-on role where you'll influence outcomes and deliver exceptional candidate experiences.

Key Responsibilities include:

* Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment, sourcing candidates through multiple channels. Partner with hiring managers and the People & Culture team to deliver proactive support.
* Inductions & Onboarding: Coordinate onboarding and inductions ensuring smooth integration.
* Offboarding: Coordinate timely documentation and participate in end-of-season reviews to improve processes.
* Compliance: Maintain adherence to employment legislation, Enterprise Agreements, WHS regulations, and company policies.
* Provide solutions for recruitment challenges such as high turnover and seasonal fluctuations.

Skills and Experience:

* Proven experience in high-volume recruitment.
* Knowledge of awards, enterprise agreements, immigration regulations, and WHS requirements (agriculture/manufacturing sector preferred).
* Strong understanding of seasonal workforce recruitment.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Ability to manage multiple recruitment cycles under pressure.
* Proficiency in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
* Attention to detail and sound judgment in decision-making.
