Role: Blue Yonder Warehouse Management Support Engineer
Location: Anywhere in Australia
Start Date: "ASAP"
Key Responsibilities:
* Gather business requirements and create detailed Technical Design Documents .
* Configure BY/JDA Dispatcher WMS according to business needs and technical design.
* Perform JDA Integrator configuration and development.
* Customize and develop complex PL/SQL queries, stored procedures, triggers, views, and tables.
* Develop UNIX shell scripts to support WMS customization and operations.
* Deploy configuration and code in Dev, Test, and Production environments.
* Conduct Unit Testing, support Integration Testing, UAT, Go-Live, and Warranty Support .
* Troubleshoot issues, fix bugs/defects, and produce required technical documentation.
* Work closely with high-profile clients, translating complex requirements into scalable WMS solutions.
* Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Skills & Experience:
* Proven hands-on experience with Blue Yonder (BY/JDA) Dispatcher WMS .
* Strong PL/SQL and UNIX scripting skills.
* In-depth understanding of WMS workflows, integration, and configuration.
* Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
* Experience in supporting live WMS environments with tight SLAs.
