We are seeking a skilled and detail-driven project administrator to support construction project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Project Coordination: Developing, reviewing and negotiating variations to new home build programs, construction schedules and client project requirements within our workflow.
* Client and Stakeholder Management: Responding to client enquiries, resolving issues relating to build progress, service delivery, construction timelines and affected stakeholders.
* Documentation Management: Managing and maintaining all documentation and records associated with new home construction projects, ensuring accuracy within our reporting system.
* Collaboration: Working collaboratively with project managers, supervisors, estimators, clients and external partners to ensure construction milestones and project objectives are achieved.
* Reporting and Analysis: Preparing and reviewing internal submissions, operational reports, build-progress summaries and documentation relating to our construction activities and performance indicators.
* Data Collection and Analysis: Collecting, validating and analysing project data, preparing detailed outcome reports to support decision-making, process improvements and leadership visibility across the build pipeline.
