About the Role:
* Assist the Used Cars Sales Manager in directing sales consultants and managing the floor to achieve sales goals.
* Represent the dealership and its products to the highest standards, ensuring that customers receive an exceptional experience.
* Schedule sales appointments and manage customer walk-ins, ensuring that every interaction is positive and productive.
* Ensure the sales team uses company systems proficiently and accurately, to maximize efficiency and minimize errors.
* Present vehicles and highlight key features and specifications, using persuasive techniques to engage customers and drive sales.
* Manage customer relationships to the highest service standards, building trust and loyalty through effective communication and follow-up.
* Motivate and guide the sales team to qualify customers, using data and insights to inform decision-making and drive results.
* Take ownership of the department when the Sales Manager is absent, ensuring continuity and stability throughout.
* Contribute to daily sales activities, sourcing current vehicle values and providing expert advice to customers.
